It’s weird how time flies when your family grows and how different everything is. I honestly struggle to remember what life was like without this sweet boy. I mean, I definitely miss the days of sleeping in, but overall can’t complain. He has changed my life for the better in so many ways. Here are a few updates on Ford.
Read MoreThe one thing I wanted going into my pregnancy was to be able to breastfeed. I guess I always pictured it being such a beautiful part of the mother and baby journey. And it really is! What I didn’t realize was that it would be SO hard. I don’t think anything could have prepared me for learning how to breastfeed until my baby was here. I thought breastfeeding come naturally - it seems like it would be instinctual, and while part of the process is, it really is something that you and you baby have to learn, together. Here is my story and what worked for me...
Read MoreOnce Ford started to become active, right around 3.5 months, I knew I couldn’t just let him bounce in his MamaRoo anymore. I wanted to engage him with fun toys and activities to boost his development. I also think it’s much more fun to have things to do when I am at home with him, so that neither of us gets bored.
